PAAL GOVA:
Ingredients :
Milk
sugar
cardamom
PPN :
Take milk in kadai ,the use of kadai is for easy evaporation and to make milk thicker soon (paal seekaram sundidum)..keep in low flame ,and stir milk at regular intervals to avoid charring (adi pidikaamal iruka)..
once you get the thick paste consistency (paal nalla sundi vara varaikum),then add sugar and cardamom. Allow it to cool for sometime to get the original consistency of Gova.

If you have Microwave--you can make palgova easier. Take 1 quart milk and add to it, 1 can of condensed milk, 1 tsp of thayir and put it in a glass bowl or ceramic bowl with a wide mouth and put it for 15 or 30 seconds interval and now and then take it out and stir well. In about 25 minutes Palgova is ready and tasty too. Happy!![]()
