Hmm...I still see that "unregistered torrent pass"; though upload happens at 8-12k max (connection speed is normal in china also)

i'm new to TamilCreation. I tried to download the RC Novels torrent file. But it's not dowloading most of the times. sometimes it's downloading just 1 kb /sec. Other torrent files from other sites are downloading around 25 kb /sec. I don't know if i'm the only person getting this err. If u have any idea pls. let me know.
